Dr. Nitin Seth, Director and Founder of the Mukta Children Hospital has created a world class facility for new born at risk and dedicated himself to create a healthier and brighter future for Children.
Dr. Nitin Seth has earned his MBBS and DCH degrees from Govt. Medical College, Nagpur, 1981. He started his medical practice in 1986 in Amravati. He has been trained in various fields of Pediatrics and successfully practiced in Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai for 2 years under the guidance of Dr. N.C. Joshi, Dr. Rasheed Merchant, and Dr. M.D. Shah.

He started Mukta Children Hospital in Amravati in 1991 and hasn’t looked back since. He is credited for bringing the first Neonatal ICU (NICU) to treat extreme pre-mature & low birth weight babies to Amravati in 1991. Constantly updating and reinventing himself to keep pace with the latest trends in Child Care, Dr. Nitin has attended numerous State and National level Pediatric Conferences all over and has even delivered numerous seminars.

During these years he has achieved many milestones and received many awards and accolades. He was appointed as the President of Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP), Amravati branch in the year 1996. First award of IAP for best Oral Re-hydration Solution (ORS) week was awarded to IAP, Amravati branch in his tenure. He is a very active member of Rotary Club, Amravati and has organized various Health check-up camps and camps for congenital heart disease patients (CHD). He was the Director of Rotary International for four years.
